This is a high strength DIM product, well above the amount most people take, so start at one capsule daily with food and do not exceed two. DIM affects how the body handles hormones and how the liver processes medicines, so do not use it if you have or have had a hormone sensitive condition such as breast, ovarian, uterine or prostate cancer or endometriosis, and speak to your doctor before use if you take any prescription medication, in particular hormonal contraception or hormone therapy. It is not suitable if you are pregnant, breastfeeding or trying to conceive. DIM commonly turns urine a darker orange or brown colour, which is harmless in itself. Headache, nausea or a change in bowel habit can occur. Use it for defined periods rather than continuously, and stop and seek medical advice if you feel unwell.
