I have used probiotics from this company for a few years . I initially found them on Amazon but latterly have been ordering direct as I like to support small companies. The range of bacilli in the product is very good. On 9/9/26 I ordered 180 (3x60) of Probiotic complex 60 billion CFU. I had a prompt delivery on 11/9/26 but it only contained 1 pack of 60 capsules. I immediately emailed the company explaining the situation with a picture of the packet and the letter sized delivery package which could not have contained 3 packets and which had my name and order number on it. When I had my first request for feed back I emailed them again saying I would hold off to give them a chance to rectify the situation. Still nothing. I have also replied to one of the marketing emails I get from them and rung the only phone number I could find - on their facebook page all to no avail. So, I have been charged £25.49 for 60 probiotic capsules which ,good as they are, is not acceptable. IF I continue to use them I will not be ordering direct in the future. Lili Robinson
