I like the idea of ' clean' supplements and Mother Nature provides that. It would be informative to have the source of the raw material listed on the packet. I only started to take the collagen a little while ago and will wait until all the capsules have been taken.
I assume any benefits will be noticed at around the 4th week and it might take even longer when you are close to 70.
Only one little gripe: if one takes the maximum of 4 capsules a day, the months supply will only last about one week. If taking up to 4 capsules a day is needed - depends on individual preference/ requirements - it becomes rather expensive to repeatedly purchase the collagen and, as a pensioner, it is not something I would be able to afford. Currently taking only 2 capsules to make them last a bit longer.

Type 1 is for skin, bones and hair, type 2 is for cartilage in knees, spine and good for joints, type 3 is good for muscles, gut health and blood vessels.
This is the best combination of all three I have found. Not available in well known vitamin outlets.

I have been using these supplements little over two weeks. Not many great results, but some..I noticed that the skin on top of my hands improved, it had become very dry and wrinkly almost creppy like an old womans(i'm only over 40). My hands are exposed to wet and cold and harsh environment at work, maybe that was one reason. It often even got rough and cracked and bled. After a while of the collagen capsules I noticed they were quite smooth. Thank you. Most of Mother Nature supplements are very good(maybe except vit b complex with toxic synthetic Folic Acid).

From what I see this is a small family business.Their approach is responsible with a great care towards customers when it comes to corresponding via emails.But they also respect their name as a business by being truthful and assertive when necessary.And I love it👌, because it's not truth that a customer is ALWAYS right and therefore should be allowed to use and abuse,as many think and do...🤷
I personally feel in today's world in order to make a change towards human wealth and health we should get back to "the roots" by supporting private family businesses, especially when they are honest and aware like for example this one.

Following advice, have my older heart disease cat on this. Has helped him recover 2 saddle thrombuses, and chose thos make as it is triple dose compared to most 6000fu per capsule compared to usual 2000fu per capsule as it is recommended to give 30 2000fu to dissolve a clot and 20 2000fu to prevent further ones, so using a triple dose allows far less capsules to have to be administered..as it is quite emotionally and physically draining for cat and owner. Mother Nature despite a few hiccups along the way have very good customer service too.
I've been taking this collagen for a month. Definitely all positives. My skin and nails grow very quickly and are strong and do not break. Shiny, strong hair. I will definitely buy again. Thank you!
