Bought Vitamin B12 - by just going by what was written on the front of the packet - my fault I didn't check the ingredients - so I got B12 with Methylsulfonylmethane (MSM) – 200 mg Magnesium Glycinate – 100 mg
That's fine if I'd wanted a blend - but I really just wanted vitamin B12 so I can take what I need throughout the day instead. - I think if the front of the packet says 'Vitamin B12' it should be just B12. As far as I can see MotherNature don't sell B12 on it's own. So I guess I'll just have to search elsewhere.

Following advice, have my older heart disease cat on this. Has helped him recover 2 saddle thrombuses, and chose thos make as it is triple dose compared to most 6000fu per capsule compared to usual 2000fu per capsule as it is recommended to give 30 2000fu to dissolve a clot and 20 2000fu to prevent further ones, so using a triple dose allows far less capsules to have to be administered..as it is quite emotionally and physically draining for cat and owner. Mother Nature despite a few hiccups along the way have very good customer service too.
I've been taking this collagen for a month. Definitely all positives. My skin and nails grow very quickly and are strong and do not break. Shiny, strong hair. I will definitely buy again. Thank you!
