I read about taurine being helpful to the body as you get older but with further looking into it I found that it also helped with cramp, with training in the gym I suffered with cramp quite regularly but since I've been taking taurine my cramps have mostly subsided, still get a twinge now and again but nothing like I used to, very happy I found mother nature, and reasonably priced as well compared to other vitamin sites..

I gave 3 stars for the shipping not as the sellers fault but the shipping company and the fact that the item is shipped from the UK to Northeast Coast of the U.S. excellent quality and I great trust for consumables/ foods from the U.K than U.S particularly bcse of the strict laws against the use of certain chemicals in consumer products. I wish there was a little more in the package but no too big of a deal. I'll be ordering from this seller again soon. Highly recommended.

From what I see this is a small family business.Their approach is responsible with a great care towards customers when it comes to corresponding via emails.But they also respect their name as a business by being truthful and assertive when necessary.And I love it👌, because it's not truth that a customer is ALWAYS right and therefore should be allowed to use and abuse,as many think and do...🤷
I personally feel in today's world in order to make a change towards human wealth and health we should get back to "the roots" by supporting private family businesses, especially when they are honest and aware like for example this one.

Following advice, have my older heart disease cat on this. Has helped him recover 2 saddle thrombuses, and chose thos make as it is triple dose compared to most 6000fu per capsule compared to usual 2000fu per capsule as it is recommended to give 30 2000fu to dissolve a clot and 20 2000fu to prevent further ones, so using a triple dose allows far less capsules to have to be administered..as it is quite emotionally and physically draining for cat and owner. Mother Nature despite a few hiccups along the way have very good customer service too.
