I feel strongly that you should test all your products in more depth. The lab testing you have done is not enough. People wish to see the quality and purity of the substance, the direct source/location, organic growers certificates as standards abroad where you source may not meet soil association. The test needs a longer profile testing not just the few heavy metals that you have. Your competitors are great at slagging off other companies so you need this information upfront and online. I buy from you regularly but what is concerning I have no proof that it isn't low grade, or contains the product you are selling or the dose contains what you say it does. The testing needs to be done fully, independently with no link to the lab, investment or staff and highly reputable. How do I know that your product isnt the same as a cheaper product and you just charge much more because you put it in a fancy bag and jazz up the marketing?

I have been using it for a few weeks now, don't know that I can feel a lot of improvement, but I think there is some. Maybe I should keep using it for a longer time and see. As always the quality and shipping of the products are excellent. Thank you.
