Not too sure if it's normal or I was just extremely low in testosterone, but the first week taking this I was waking up in the morning like I was 18 again. If you know what I mean. It was uncomfortable for about a week then died down. Major increase in testosterone and improved my libido 10 fold. Pretty sure it's doing other great things but I've been too horny to Google what else this might be. Be a regular purchase as I'm a 40 year old man and single. Which I plan to change.
