Two capsules provide 20 mg of zinc, so do not take this product alongside another zinc containing supplement, and remember that long term intake of higher dose zinc can reduce copper absorption. Zinc can reduce the absorption of some antibiotics, so leave at least two hours between them, and speak to your doctor before use if you take any prescription medication. D-aspartic acid affects hormone signalling, so do not use it if you have a hormone sensitive condition, and use it for defined periods rather than continuously. Zinc taken on an empty stomach commonly causes nausea, so take it with food.
