Shipping Policy

At Mother Nature, we aim to dispatch every order as quickly as possible while ensuring the highest standards of quality and accuracy.

Order Processing

Orders are normally processed within 1 business day. During busy periods, promotional events or public holidays, processing may take up to 3 business days.

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in Northern Ireland.

United Kingdom Delivery

• Royal Mail 48 – normally 2 to 3 working days after dispatch.
• Royal Mail Tracked 24 – faster tracked delivery.
• Special Delivery – where available and selected during checkout.

Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and cannot be guaranteed.

International Delivery

International orders normally arrive within 10 to 12 working days after dispatch, although customs clearance and local postal services may occasionally cause delays.

Some countries or products may not be available due to local regulations or shipping restrictions.

Tracking

Tracking information may not update immediately after dispatch. This does not necessarily mean that your parcel has not entered the carrier network.

Customs & Import Charges

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes or local handling charges unless otherwise stated during checkout.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that products may legally be imported into their destination country.

Incorrect Delivery Address

Please ensure your delivery address is correct before placing your order.

If an order is returned because an incorrect address was supplied, delivery was refused or the parcel was not collected, the original shipping cost may not be refundable.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your parcel has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us at info@mothernature.store.

We will investigate the shipment with the carrier and provide an appropriate solution where applicable.

Damaged Deliveries

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and include photographs of the product, packaging and shipping label.
