Feel very lucky to have found this complex. It has 600 mg of lions mane and I was buying the 500 mg single dose supplement mother nature sell a couple quid less in price. This neuro boost has multiple other ingredients though so worth the couple pound extra. Has L-tyrosine, Alpha GPC, rhodiola roses, magnesium glycinate 200mg, zinc, d3 4000iu, K2 and b6. Only taking it a couple weeks and I feel amazing. It's a remarkable mix of ingredients for a great price. I was taking lions mane for months before buying this and this is better in my opinion. Even with 4000iu d3 in it I take 10000iu d3 separately. As there more chance of a plane falling from the sky and landing on my head than there is of me getting a vitamin D toxicity. Love mother nature products and soon to explore more amino acid supplements.
