I tried everything to help me sleep and nothing worked. I decided to try the herbal route and I found Valerian was brilliant. Take a couple of hours before sleeping at night. Your body relaxes and you drift into sleep. They have a real calming affect. There's no drowsiness next day aswell.

Yes these Valerian Caps work great! I do miss the Valerian smell though from a few years back from you when you sold them on eBay Ive noticed though in general nearly all the Valerian supplement Caps I have purchased nowadays from different suppliers have lost lost the lovely original smell lolll I suppose I'd have to purchase the raw root and make a brew to get the original stink which I love lolll.
These Valerian Caps work well though that's the main thing! strong smell or not !

Following advice, have my older heart disease cat on this. Has helped him recover 2 saddle thrombuses, and chose thos make as it is triple dose compared to most 6000fu per capsule compared to usual 2000fu per capsule as it is recommended to give 30 2000fu to dissolve a clot and 20 2000fu to prevent further ones, so using a triple dose allows far less capsules to have to be administered..as it is quite emotionally and physically draining for cat and owner. Mother Nature despite a few hiccups along the way have very good customer service too.
