Take 1 to 2 capsules daily in the morning or early afternoon, preferably with a meal containing fat, with a large glass of water or as directed by your medical practitioner. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake. Available in 60, 120 and 180 capsule packs. Easy to swallow HPMC capsules.

Bought Vitamin B12 - by just going by what was written on the front of the packet - my fault I didn't check the ingredients - so I got B12 with Methylsulfonylmethane (MSM) – 200 mg Magnesium Glycinate – 100 mg
That's fine if I'd wanted a blend - but I really just wanted vitamin B12 so I can take what I need throughout the day instead. - I think if the front of the packet says 'Vitamin B12' it should be just B12. As far as I can see MotherNature don't sell B12 on it's own. So I guess I'll just have to search elsewhere.

These additional ingredients aren’t fillers — they are active

Red maca didn’t work for me. Company allegedly offers money back guarantee but when you ask for it, they accuse you & their attitude stinks. Will not buy from this company again. Instead bought Maca Root 2500mg from Amazon that works well for me.

I did some research about Mother Nature before buying their product.
From what I see this is a small family business.Their approach is responsible with a great care towards customers when it comes to corresponding via emails.But they also respect their name as a business by being truthful and assertive when necessary.And I love it👌, because it's not truth that a customer is ALWAYS right and therefore should be allowed to use and abuse,as many think and do...🤷
I personally feel in today's world in order to make a change towards human wealth and health we should get back to "the roots" by supporting private family businesses, especially when they are honest and aware like for example this one.

Following advice, have my older heart disease cat on this. Has helped him recover 2 saddle thrombuses, and chose thos make as it is triple dose compared to most 6000fu per capsule compared to usual 2000fu per capsule as it is recommended to give 30 2000fu to dissolve a clot and 20 2000fu to prevent further ones, so using a triple dose allows far less capsules to have to be administered..as it is quite emotionally and physically draining for cat and owner. Mother Nature despite a few hiccups along the way have very good customer service too.
I've been taking this collagen for a month. Definitely all positives. My skin and nails grow very quickly and are strong and do not break. Shiny, strong hair. I will definitely buy again. Thank you!
