I've tried lions mane from a few places. I didn't feel any difference. Although, these lions mane are excellent and have become a regular buy for me. I've tried higher doses elsewhere a lnd didn't feel anything.Which is weird. These changed me from lazy and forgetful to focussed and active. Even my Labrador retriever is glad I bought these , as he gets more attention and walks. The only negative I can think of is the fact they don't come in a higher dose. Highly recommend buying them still, as taking two twice a day really benefits me.

Probably too early to comment on the effectiveness of the supplement because it has been less than a month and, from experience,it usually takes at least 4 + weeks for most supplements before the benefits are noticeable. I had to wait 12 weeks before the benefit of another supplement became obvious. It takes consistency and patience.
On the plus side, no unpleasant side effects from the Lions Mane which is a bonus.
Plan to reorder and plan to take Lions Mane supplement for at least 3 months before evaluating it's effectiveness.

I think this was extremely helpful if you take this combined with clean eating habits and exercise. It doesn’t have to be anything crazy. 100 push ups a day, combined with fasting and 6-7 hours of sleep and you won’t just see the difference but you will feel it. Good stuff.

Following advice, have my older heart disease cat on this. Has helped him recover 2 saddle thrombuses, and chose thos make as it is triple dose compared to most 6000fu per capsule compared to usual 2000fu per capsule as it is recommended to give 30 2000fu to dissolve a clot and 20 2000fu to prevent further ones, so using a triple dose allows far less capsules to have to be administered..as it is quite emotionally and physically draining for cat and owner. Mother Nature despite a few hiccups along the way have very good customer service too.
