How to Use

Take 1 to 2 capsules daily in the morning or early afternoon, preferably with a meal containing fat, with a large glass of water or as directed by your medical practitioner. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake. Available in 60, 120 and 180 capsule packs. Easy to swallow HPMC capsules.

Coenzyme Q10 is fat soluble. It is best taken with a meal that contains a source of fat, such as avocado, olive oil, nuts or oily fish.
